The gun control issue has been controversial to say the least ? eliciting passionate responses from advocates on both sides. So really, we weren?t that surprised when, as President Obama announced his proposals and executive actions, Twitter went crazy. Some, of course, were glad to see the president take action. Others called for action, as well: impeachment.

Citizens calling for impeachment aren?t alone though, with GOP Rep. Steve Stockman making the case for showing Obama the exit out of the White House ? and comparing one aspect of Obama?s announcement to Saddam Hussein. And Stockman isn?t alone.
